Greet the customer with a smile and eagerness to serve the customer. Actually check the things listed on the Valvoline invoice claimed to be checked. Recommend service and/or replacement of maintenance components such as filters, fluid exchanges and tire pressure checks. Don't perform services not authorize, not suggested or approved by the customer. Don't forget to reset the oil life light. Don't hassle customers into additional or upgraded services.

It was just a bunch of what looked like young college kids working, which is totally fine, except they were all laughing and didn't seem like they were taking what they were doing too seriously, which made me nervous considering they're working on my car that I pay a lot of money for each month. Also they told me I had a "significant oil leak" so I took it to a shop the very next day, which they then told me I dont have any sort of significant oil leak, I have a very very small coolant leak, that was due to a loose hose. They kept pressuring me into buying things because "my car definitely needed it..." my dad is a mechanic. Ive known how to look at my car for a while, I know when things go bad. Which I am aware it is part of their job to upsell, but I can look at my wiper blades and know when they're bad.

Was taken care of in a timely manner and was provided A/C service knowing if it didn't work we'd pay NOTHING. Caleb was amazing, and also was courteous and discussed the battery replacement value Valvoline offers when I told him I'd JUST had my battery replaced at auto zone for my husband car. I'll definitely use Valvoline next time we need a battery. I didn't realize Valvoline did batteries too.
