This is the second time I have gone to this valvoline (my sister recommended this location to me - she was very pleased with the service). Both times I went the St. Louis weather was terrible. First time we were fighting cacida and this time it was record breaking high temps. The staff was very nice, friendly and quick because my car heated up very quickly with the motor turned off and the windows rolled down.Super nice & quick service

I had a coupon what was emailed to me which should have given me up to $35off or 20% off purchase but the coupon didn't work. It was not expired and was for that correct location. It was your Labor Day savings email. The attendant couldn't give me the coupon. He ended up giving me 15 off which was nice but still not the advertised coupon.
