Jay and Alex are both incredibly hard workers and super friendly and honest!! Especially JAY!!! Work ethic is not always a thing these days… and my experience on a holiday Sunday at the sunset hills valvoline was exceptional!! I will be back

I got there at 7:50 and expected to be waiting for about 10 minutes since they open at 8. I had work at 9:30, and I wanted to get this done beforehand, knowing I had plenty of time. Around 8, one of the workers comes over and says no one decided to show up to work today. She said it would be another 10 minutes wait before her manager showed up. I was okay with it, because i didn’t want to lose my spot in line. Around 8:25 I am able to pull into one of the bays. The worker comes around again and says that she might not have my oil because I have a European car. So I’m like OK this is weird because like why wouldn’t you check before I pull in and wait there for 40 minutes? But i continue to wait, and she comes back and says we don’t have your oil. I waited there for 45 minutes and I have work at 9:30 so I don’t have time to go somewhere else and Hope they have my oil because I have work to go to. I don’t reckon you come here on a Sunday because no one’s gonna show up for work, which is crazy.
