I paid full price for a service that I did not receive in its entirety. I paid for an oil change, but did not get a new oil filter as the representative stated my oil filter cap was stripped. But he stripped it due to continuing to try and open something with an improperly tool. I now have to go to the dealership and pay for a filter and oil that will be lost from the dealer changing the filter. Valvoline should not have done any work at all if they could not do the complete service. I also should not have been charged full price for an oil change if the service was not going to be completed in its entirety. I will never return to another Valvoline again.
