The tech just shoved the engine air filter in and didn't close the cover all the way. My car died in the middle of a busy highway as a result. I had to get out and figure out the problem, leaving my children in the car alone. Such a dangerous situation to be in and for no reason other than someone else's carless mistake. Once I got it put together, and cut my arm in the process. I returned to Valvoline, hoping to get a replacement for the crumpled air filter. The manager met me at the door and told me that I did a good job putting it back together. I told her that the bottom wasn't seated correctly even after I did it. She fixed it and sent me on my way. Having my car died in the road and having to get out and put it back together is far from full service. I will be visiting a different location from now on.

I drove in and it felt like my own private pit crew. The manager was right there to see what I needed done and the crew got right to work. While they were changing my oil, they checked my battery (turns out that on this visit, my battery hit the 'replace' zone) and replaced it, checked all the fluids and air filters and tire pressure. All that and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I love going to this place and I've never had a bad experience.

2023 Kia Carnival, Valvoline doesnu2019t make filters for. Found that out the first visit with this car. I brought my own filter and got charged regular price for the oil change. I didnu2019t check until I got home. I feel that I should have gotten a credit for bringing my own oil filter. I did provide a $25 off discount code but that would have been applied either way. Took a long time because the topside service had to repeatedly go downside to tell and/or show them how to install the filter. I will probably not bring this vehicle back to Valvoline because of the filter and the oil change cost at Valvoline is more than if I were to take it to the dealership, where they regularly work on Kiau2019s.

My car was perfectly fine prior to my oil change. After parking my car, the next time I turned it on it started throwing error messages- the first being hot coolant. Then the car wouldnu2019t start, now it it saying service engine. I had to call AAA. It ruined my plans this evening and now Iu2019m hoping Iu2019ll be able to get to work in the morning. I will never come here again- it is the second time I have left with an expensive problem to fix.
