they didn’t put my air intake system back together correctly, i assumed they knew how to change oil and change an air filter on a 20+ year old truck (2003 f150).
after they asked my to start my vehicle it sounded cammed from an oil change. was getting CEL lights, to much air in bank 1 & 2.
choked my truck out on the highway and killed it and almost killed me.
i put it back together myself, cleared the codes and havnt had an issue since, this was 1 week ago from today.

Please beware of unnecessary upselling. I was told that our vehicles battery was original and that it needed replaced. Specifically it was between 5-6 years old. I declined, took it home, removed the shroud covering the battery. Found a 2 year old AC Delco AGM battery in a Honda. Not only is the battery not original, not 5+ years old and not needing replacement, but if it were needing replacement, it would be free through AC Delco. Plus, it had a battery sleeve on the side and a cover on top. There was no way that kid even looked at the battery. Last time I’m going there. Had used them for years.
