a lot of OVER SELLING - IM A SALES MANAGER FOR A HUGE HOTEL CHAIN SO I KNOW WHEN ITS OVERKILL. A BIT MUCH CONSIDERING I WAS THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER. STAFF IS NICE THOUGH. AND THEY BACK OFF WHEN I SAID "NOT TODAY" SO KUDOS FOR THAT. TOO MUCH OVERSELL IS A TURN OFF. KEEP THAT IN MIND. ESPECIALLY IN THIS ECONOMY - STICK WITH THE BASICS. I DO LIKE THE PEOPLE THOUGH. First, I was ask I wanted them to check my headlights & brakes. Usually this is done automatically. I had to ask if they checked fluid levels. Then I had to ask if they would check my air filter. Normally this is done without question. Team member seemed annoyed that he had to done this. By the way I did need a new air filter. The team members seemed disorganized and confused as I had three different people service my car. They didn't know what the last person had done. In the past 27 years I have only used two different Valvoline locations to service my vehicles. This experience was the worst.

No clue to what the guy said. I asked him repeat multiple times. I finally guess at what he was saying. This is the worse experience I ever had. Never check my brake lights or headlights or turn signal. Definitely need a hair cut and learn how a speak clearly so people can understand him

Ordered a tire rotation during my visit. After my oil change they informed me they couldn’t lift my vehicle because of their faulty equipment. This happened to me at another store not long ago. That incident, I’m sure was based on laziness. I’ve noticed lately, that no one appears to be in charge of the facility.
