My visit to this Valvoline for a simple oil top-off was extremely slow. I pulled right up, but after waiting 20 minutes, I was informed that the oil was too low on the dipstick and that they were not willing to top it off. The oil was not even reading on the dipstick, yet they were unwilling to add even the slightest bit of oil and sent me on my way. Everett, who delivered the news, was extremely unpleasant. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the entire experience felt like a waste of my time. I will not be returning to this location. I expected better customer service and a more helpful experience.
