They are slow as dirt. Have no idea what they're doing. Took me an hour to get my oil. Changed.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi, John. We aim to minimize wait times, but they can vary due to our "first come, first serve" policy and our additional services. We apologize for any longer-than-expected waits and for any communication gaps. Your feedback will be shared with management for improvements.

5.0 out of 5.0

I had a 2 hour wait for my oil change. I think they were short handed. But I stayed very patient. I finally got into bay. I drive a Jeep. A very nice black man greeted me, held out his fist & said "I have something for you". He opened his hand & had a small duck for my Jeep. I smiled & forgot about my 2 hr wait. This was customer service at its BEST! I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but think he was a manager.
