I went to the Wentzville location and while doing my oil change .The works were doing their normal car inspection and told me that my break lights were out and my head light was out . Come to find out the only light that wasn't work was the head light . They couldn't see the break lights because the sun was shining in .The guy took my break light out with out my permission . I ended up replacing my head light myself !

Showed up at 4 pm. No one in line except car being serviced. Guy comes out at 410 says 10 min. Scans my car in. 450 I’m still waiting in line with zero update. I get out to ask and he gets an attitude and says it’ll be at least 5 min. So waiting an hour in a quick service oil change place when you are 1st inline is completely absurd and unacceptable. If they had a problem or extra service added, then update those in line. When I finally moved in, there were 10+ cars waiting.
