Came in mid day on Saturday, 5-6 cars ahead, which I get and was good with. What I wasn’t good with was two employees (one being manager, Andrew), the other Torrey, trying to talk me out of waiting because of the cars ahead of me. Gave me 90 minute estimate, which again, I was ok with. But these guys kept stating over and over that it’s going to be a long time and they want to “ensure” I’m ok with that. Since they seemed to want to get rid of me, I called Jiffy Lube down the street and they were very welcoming and as a bonus, only had to wait 15 minutes.
UPDATE: In response to Valvoline, you missed the entire point I was making. It wasn’t the wait time, I was ok with it as stated. What I wasn’t ok with was the staff trying to get rid of me. Not addressing that and only taking this as a wait time issue will only further perpetuate the unwelcoming culture that you have.

Both cars developed leaks needing extensive work after oil changes. Coinindence seems odd. Daughter transmission flush ruined her car two weeks later 5k. Beware.
