Yesterday 11.1.26 - went to get an oil change for my husbands diesel truck. When we got there it was fairly busy - so a man came around and did the scan and check in like they do when there is a line. Waited an hour (again not unusual and not the complaint) - when we got up to the bay - we were JUST then told that they dont have the oil for the oil change. You checked in the vehicle - you knew it was a diesel - you knew we were there for an oil change!!!!! Why did we have to wait an hour - to just THEN be told that you dont have the oil to do the change? There was no apology, no explanation - the only thing offered (which again - NOT trying to get something for free) was a 10% coupon which we get better coupons in the mail. VERY VERY VERY unsatisfied and unhappy with the service this time. If we could give 0 stars we would.

Thank you for informing us, Allison. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Store volume fluctuations can disrupt inventory, but we’re actively working with our distribution team to reduce shortages. We value your feedback and will be happy to share this with management for review. Please reach out to our store directly before your next service so we can ensure all products needed are in stock.
