The wait was a bit longer than expected, and there were about 2 cars ahead of me, but once my car was in the bay, the service was completed fairly quickly! One of the service providers also came out and greeted everyone that was waiting in line. I got an oil change and the service provider made a few suggestions along the way, and asked if I would like to add on any additional services to which I declined with no feedback or attitude. The Wentzville location is super convenient and everyone there was nice and seemed happy!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Valvoline I would warn everyone to stay away I was there forever apparently the order you arrived does not necessarily guarantee the order you will be serviced I had to ask to have them check the air in my tires they never did check my brake lights blinkers or anything else it was a horrible experience
