Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went in with a running car needing an oil change and I left with no car. I go there to change my oil. they made me pay before they were finished and when they were done they told me to start the car. The car wouldn’t even crank once. Battery is fine. All of a sudden my “starter doesn’t work” and other excuses. But nothing for sure. I’ve never had any problems with starting the car and it was just had maintenance on it. The employees looked more clueless than me and and quiet. since I already payed they tried to get us out quick without even really explaining anything to me and rolled me into a parking spot and basically said “good luck”. Every employee after that was real quiet and couldn’t give me any solid explanation to what happened. Only asked me if I had a tow truck coming. Again, went to get a simple oil change, pay, car doesn’t start, they roll me out, calling tow truck, now I don’t have a car. Went in for one small problem and left with a bigger one. Also dislike the fact I payed before they even started the car and knew if they were 100% sure everything was good.

They checked out lights and asked about our ac great prices!
