Been going here for at least 2 years only ones ever touched my work truck 2018 f150. Went on 1/23/26 received my service came straight home. Got ready to head out to work was supposed to be there for 830 40 miles up 55 north. Got less than a mile from home and my oil light came on and my gauge was on L. I went back home to follow a trail from my residence to find there is no plug in my oil pan. It had to have blown out. When I called and made a claim at 10 am they were courteous at corporate and when we got on the 3way call with store manager he was going to try to come and do his investigation. Well here it is 2 hours later and no manager my boss had to go get a factory direct plug from dealership in Madison. He was 3 hours away and we have been waiting 2 hours and I have to get to work. It’s 1 o’clock. What’s really going on at this point. Never again. Luckily I was able to make it back home I have to get to work and at this point I’ll just have to take a chance on using what we have purchased. This bad weather is still coming and my water plant is still expecting me to get there. He said he was coming once he found some relief. Buy it was 3 guys there. He just making. Thank God for prayers

I had a terrible and unacceptable experience at this location. I was charged $374 for a full service, including a transmission fluid service, which I later discovered was never performed. No transmission fluid was added despite me being charged for it.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that the manager, Thomas, personally sold me these additional services that were never completed. This was not a misunderstanding with a technician — it was sold and approved by management.
This is not a minor mistake. Operating a vehicle without proper transmission fluid can cause serious and costly damage, and I was put at risk because of your team’s negligence. If I had not caught this issue, my transmission could have been severely damaged or completely ruined.
I trusted this location — and its management — to perform the services I paid for, and that trust was broken. Because of this error, I believe I should be refunded for the full service, not just part of it. Charging a customer for work that was not done is unacceptable.
At minimum, this situation warrants a full refund and accountability, especially given that management was directly involved.
