Actually it was all going good until the guys were going to rotate my tires and they ended up not doing it because one of the nuts were stripped from the air impact and they had to stop and put my tire back on. So now I have a stripped nut that if I have a tire problem I will be out of pocket expense. The technician asked me if I had tires rotated I told him no that the only time was when I had my tires replaced for new tires. So he told me that they must’ve been the ones that done it. I talked to my son and told him and he told me that when he put front brakes on he removed the tires to do it but he used my lug wrench tool from my car and he didn’t have any problems with it he said that they had to have been the one that stripped it with the air impact tool. So no I didn’t have a good experience this time.
