I have been going to Valvoline at that location on Albertson Drive, the Friendly location, for twenty years. I have been there with my other car to the location, and the same staff was on duty, as well as the same Manager, and they were as helpful and wonderful with my Lincoln Town car today as they were with my Honda Odyssey last time I was there. I was impressed with the expertise and the knowledge about the needs for my Lincoln, which is old, and it has an antique tag on it. It is ultimately important for knowledgeable people to work on my Lincoln, and thanks to the caring attitude and the consideration for my car I know that everything was done right for my car. It felt good to know that the staff recognized me from the last time I was there, and that they made me feel welcome. They looked after me well, while I was there, and made sure I was okay. Much thanks and appreciation to the Valvoline staff, and I can ride safely in my car because of the conscientious and reliable work they did on my car today.
