They put the wrong oil in my truck twice. I asked for a synthetic oil change for my 2024 Ram 3500 Diesel, which calls for 10w-30 synthetic diesel oil. They initially put Shell Rotella T4 in it, which is a conventional oil. Then they got some Shell Rotella T5, which is a synthetic blend, not a full synthetic. They showed me the jug of the T5 and explained that it is a synthetic, when the jug clearly states it is a blend. T6 is Shell's full synthetic product. They did not check my tire pressure or service the windshield washer reservoir, and this whole debacle took over an hour and a half. I understand diesel trucks are outside of what is normally serviced at this location, but the service should not be offered if they have no better understanding of it than this. I generally change my own oil and I am remined why on the occasion that I get it done somewhere else. I will have to change it again myself, since my truck calls for a full synthetic oil, so this was a giant waste of time and money.

My first and last time coming to this place a woman change my oil I really didn't want her to now I see why my filter was incorrect put in when I got home I kept smelling oils long story short I took it to my mechanic he said I almost blew my motor and I called them haven't heard from them since I will be calling and taking further action the manager JAMES a joke..
