Scanned label on inside of van door, Required payment before any service was done. Not a problem, but if there had been, would have had to change prices. Obviously looking at my ticket, they used the same numbers as before, because tire pressure was not checked, brake fluid was not checked, windshield washer fluid was not checked, coolant reservoir level was not checked. I guess that they were in a hurry to go home, but this kind of service has never been done this way before, always courteous and to the t. I have pictures of all the areas that i mentioned. I took care of them when i got home, but they need to do the job that i paid for.

The staff at the Olive Branch Valvoline have always made me feel well taken care of and valued as a customer. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and pretty clear on what is happening during my visit.I have always been happy with the quality of the work done, the products Valvoline manufactures, Maxlife synthetic blend oil, oil filters, etc., and feel they are usually well priced (compared to dealerships).Of course, there are some things like wipers, lights, and cabin filters that I usually replace myself, because I do find those kind of overpriced, for how easy they are to order and replace myself, but overall, I enjoy the value of having the techs look over everything quickly while I'm right there.
