Beware I had my oil changed here last week (2/10/26). I had an oil leak that was listed on my receipt as a severe oil leak, which was not true. I received an oil change and took my truck to a mechanic due to a new oil light that would not go off only to find out my light wouldn’t go off due to not enough oil being placed in my truck. After almost 4 quarts of oil being placed in my truck and no signs of a severe oil leak only a minor one, Valvoline was contacted to make them aware of what happened. Once I received a call back, claim denied and no accountability at all. Beware and make sure you check your oil yourself. I will never try to save time again and I will never visit a place like this again. I’m only posting to make people aware before the same happens to someone else with no accountability if you have a trusted person to change your oil please do.

This location never has conventional 5/20 oil . The crew said they had been out since the beginning of January and couldn't remember how long they were out before that, also stated they had several vehicles turned away because they didn't have filters, so again even with my coupon I paid $27 more for my oilchange than I should have. Also when checking my lights they told me everything was good to go and the brake lights have been out on this car for over a year due to a short. If you're not going to actually check the stuff don't bother pretending. This was Saturday. Today Tuesday 2/10/26 still no conventional oil and have a tail light on this vehicle that they said was good again 3 employees. I was the only customer in the whole place. No need to rush or not do what you are being paid to do !!!
