The staff at the Olive Branch staff has always been friendly and offering or suggesting issues I may run into with my vehicle. Advised me of wear on certain parts for both vehicles that I may not have realized until it was a necessary repair. Very knowledgeable and advised me of time and cost of possible other repairs that could be done there. Always prompt and considerate of my time there. They all seem to work well as a team. I feel confident taking my car there and pass by other oil change places to see them. I will only use valvoline unless oil change due when I have car at a repair shop for other issues. I would always recommend this location!
