I get my oil changed religiously at Valvoline in Pearl, Ms. these guys are always great! I will not go get my oil changed anywhere else!

When we got our oil changed, the experience was just fine. No issues and they were done quickly. However, we left the next morning for a long road trip and didn’t get very far before we heard a flapping from under the car. Upon inspection I found that my splash guard was not connected on the driver’s side and was connected with a zip tie on the passenger side. So we had to turn around, go home, and wait for them to open. When they did open, they checked and explained they had forgotten to put the bolts back. It was a quick fix, but we lost a lot of time on our road trip. Just check with them that everything is tightened and ready before you drive away. Don’t take for granted that everything is fine. I am grateful they were easy to work with in getting it corrected.
