It was a bit chaotic.. Iu2019ve been twice to get a tire rotation but the machine has been down. After mentioning this to Lo he volunteered to do it. There is no waiting area so I stood in an area that is apparently used by the employees. Please add some sort of chairsu2026 There was also a lot of talking & playing among the employees. Did not seem to be a manager present. Iu2019m glad I was able to get the tire rotation but both services combined seemed to be over priced even after using a coupon. I may try another location next time.
