On June 27 I brought my car in for an oil change, as I left Valvoline. I noticed a very loud rattling underneath my car. I brought my car back within 10 minutes of leaving your shop. I explained what happened to the manager and the first thing he said to me was how did we know that you didn’t do anything to your car we don’t have time right now to check it, the area manager is two hours away he can’t help you so I filled out a claim with your customer service and no one has even had the courtesy to call me back and this happened on June 27. Today is July 5 so no I wouldn’t recommend anybody. I wouldn’t tell anybody. Actually, I would do just the opposite And as of today, still haven’t heard from anyone I had to call you guys back. No area manager called nothing no general manager called nothing.
