- I arrived at 6:10 PM and was surprised to learn the shop closed at 6:30 PM. I apologized for the timing, but I felt there was eye-rolling from both a female and a male staff member, and my presence wasn’t acknowledged after I apologized. I understand my vehicle might require additional services, but nothing was mentioned or offered at the time. I have been a customer at the 10th Ave location for several years and am disappointed by this experience. I’d appreciate courtesy, clear closing time communication, and an opportunity to discuss any pending maintenance needs or scheduling options for future visits.

Friendly, efficient, and professional crew on a Sunday afternoon consisting of Arik, Darius, Johnny, and Zane. This is my preferred Valvoline location in town. They are top notch and a smooth experience.
