Technician taking care of me was very polite and informative. It seemed as though he was training a younger guy which in turn he was also kind and informative. Always a great experience when I’m in town to get my oil changes. Quick getting you in and out the door, as well!

- I arrived at 6:10 PM and was surprised to learn the shop closed at 6:30 PM. I apologized for the timing, but I felt there was eye-rolling from both a female and a male staff member, and my presence wasn’t acknowledged after I apologized. I understand my vehicle might require additional services, but nothing was mentioned or offered at the time. I have been a customer at the 10th Ave location for several years and am disappointed by this experience. I’d appreciate courtesy, clear closing time communication, and an opportunity to discuss any pending maintenance needs or scheduling options for future visits.
