I have never had any problems with the service going here but was not happy with using the discount I was expecting. I had just recieved a 20% off discount the day before and printed it out to give to the guys there when I came in. The person put it into the system and it said it had been used before which doesnt make sense as I had only gotten it the day before. The manager overroad it and it was fine but fix your system so this doesn't happen again.

They did not put my oil filter on tight and between helena and great falls I lost all the oil that was just put in all over my car on the highway. My car was smoking by the time I got to helena and had a quart of oil left in it. Also they didn't check my lights. I had to take it to the valvoline in helena to fix what the great falls valvoline did not do correctly before my engine blew up. The helena valvoline did an amazing job and I greatly appreciate their understanding and quickness to correct the mistake made by the great falls valvoline. The helena valvoline got me a new oil filter, more oil, and cleaned the massive amount of oil mess all over my vehicle.
