I needed a new tail light in addition to my oil change and they were unable to change it. As I left a young man came running out and said he needed to write down my name and number as they had broken the casing where my taillight was and someone would call me from corporate as they were going to fix it. He wrote my name down on a scrap of paper and I never heard from anyone. In my opinion, they should be able to provide these services and if something is broken a manager should handle it in a better manner. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
