Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service at this Valvoline, especially Bobby, the manager. A few weeks after my oil change, I went to check my oil (my vehicle uses some between changes) and noticed my air box was cracked. I honestly couldn’t remember it being that way before, so I called Valvoline to let them know. I wasn’t looking for anything in return. I mainly wanted to make them aware in case something like this wasn’t being caught or communicated. Bobby went above and beyond. He took my information, reviewed the camera footage, and was completely transparent with me. He explained that it looked like the air box may have already been cracked, but also acknowledged that it could have happened during a previous visit since I’ve been a returning customer for about three years. Even though they didn’t have to, they ordered a replacement air box at no cost and were ready to install it. That level of honesty, accountability, and effort is rare these days, especially when I wasn’t even asking for a fix. This is the exact opposite of experiences I’ve had elsewhere, and it’s why I truly respect this team. Everything they do is by the book, and when there’s even a question, they take the time to make it right. 10/10 recommend. If you value transparency and people who genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go!
