The review I left for the Mills River location, added below, speaks for itself. Do better, Arden location. It literally took Jeremy, from the Mills River location, just a couple minutes to do your job. A job that wasn’t his responsibility considering it didn’t happen at his location. The Mills River review I left: I got my Jeep Wrangler inspected at the Valvoline Arden location on 12/5/2025. After multiple tries, over a month later, I still wasn’t able to renew my registration online. After a call to DMV, I was informed that the inspection was never submitted into their system from Valvoline. I repeatedly called the Arden location, never once getting through to them. Just the phone hanging up automatically when my call was “being transferred”. I decided to call the Mills River location. I spoke with Jeremy, the service department manager, and explained my situation. Jeremy was super apologetic and entered my inspection information into DMV’s website while on the phone with me. He went above and beyond to help me with a situation that didn’t even occur at his location. From now on, I will be driving the extra distance to the Mills River location when I need my Jeep serviced/inspected. Thank you, Jeremy! The Arden location could learn a lot from you.

Went in for a simple oil change and asked them to check the gaskets since I had been having issues with a small oil leak. They were rude and cracking jokes about the vehicle the entire time.
