Staff showed filters needing to be replaced to me. They also showed that they had full filled the car with oil. They were very friendly and helpful and even said have a blessed day. This was the best experience I have ever had at any automotive facility. Staff were weak dressed professional kind and courteous. They were fast efficient and worked like a pit crew communicating each step of the process with each other. It was pretty impressive.

During the last several car inspections I was "allowed" to stay in the vehicle and comply with instructions (honk the horn, turn lights on/off, etc). This time I was told it is the rule that I must leave the vehicle. Why? What is the difference? I was the only vehicle at the store at first, and the workers began the work. As other vehicles arrived, work on my car was stopped as other customers had their work began. This made me have to wait longer; not very courteous. As I reentered my car, the seat had been adjusted; not sure this was necessary to move the car forward 10 feet! I had asked to have the tire pressure checked, and when I asked what was found, the worker said, "Boy they were low." What does that mean; do I need new tires; is there a flat' be more specific please. I noticed the price at the bottom of the receipt indicated I could have been charged less, but was charged the maximum ($30); how could I have earned a lower price? OK, I appreciate the the place seemed fully staffed, the workers friendly and polite, and the convenient location is great.
