My car was being serviced within 5 minutes, the inspection was done as well, and the manager (Alex) was very courteous as well as helpful. I will be going back the next time I need an oil change. This is a big difference from my last two oil changes at a Firestone and Ford service enter respectively. There my wait time was over an hour plus it ran about 2 hours when all was said and done.

after parking in their busy parking lot and walking over to the garage, I was completely ignored. Nobody came over to greet me ,just for a car to pull up all the way to them and they walked right over to the car window and guess what they wanted !? a state inspection, exactly what I was there for ..so they just got to jump right in front of me in line. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service.
