Andre, Jeff, and Joseph did a fantastic job taking care of my car. They were quick and thorough. Quite friendly, and very professional. I like that they also left notes on the receipt about the condition my car came in so I definitely know I need to not go so long in between oil changes.
Also, if you want people to fill out these surveys you need to make it easy for them. It asks for a TRANSACTION ID. Nothing says that on the receipt. The receipt has an ENTRY CODE. These two titles need to match for folks to actually bother taking your survey with the info. Andre and Jeff are both pretty cute and Jeff has nice eyes so I put in the extra effort to complete the survey. Most ppl would not. But once you fix that you should get more responses.

My experience with Valvoline was very pleasant,not only they have gotten my car's oil change more quickly than my home town oil change store,smooth inspections,but they also give me a good laugh, especially Jeff and his employees. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently went to valvoline with my family to have our cars oil changed the manager was very nice and funny! He explained everything so well to where I even felt like I learned something that day I normally don’t do google reviews but this was a great experience and we will definitely be back every time for our oil change!
