Valvoline is typically my go to for quick, accurate service. The guys are this location are always very kind.
I got my oil changed last week… I specifically mentioned ensuring my fluids were topped off, especially the windshield wiper fluid as I had just ran out and was headed to Atlanta. He assured me all fluids were being topped. I drove away, NO wiper fluid.
Now I will never trust that they are actually following through with the other part of the oil change and topping off all the fluid’s mentioned in their oil change offering.
Will now seek other locations and will doubt they’re being honest unfortunately….
