The reason for leaving a review as “highly satisfied” was simply due to my experience working with Sammy the manager at the Woodfin location. He treated me with kindness and went way above and beyond and spent time giving me advice for my car maintenance and took his time working with me despite working with me towards the end of his shift. He even watched a YouTube video to help me trouble shoot some issues with my car sensors. Getting an oil change is one of the mundane tasks I don’t look forward (hence being on the overdue side ;) and I really appreciated the kindness and attention to detail. If you need an oil change I highly recommend asking to work with Sammy!
