I told the staff that my car was registered in Madison County. They ran an emissions inspection for Buncombe county. In order to correct it, they refunded my whole transaction, and when they ran it up again they left off my coupon that I had. Then I had to talk to the online customer support, and now I'm waiting 7-10 business days to receive a paper check in the mail for $16.

Advised us on a service but explained our options for next time and when we would know it absolutely needed to be done. You offered the battery brand I trust most outside dealership original equipment. The manager did an excellent job of explaining the battery warranty.
