Isaiah did my service. His first impression was top notch. He knows his business and teaches others if they are not aware. A great talent ! I had only planned on an oil change, but I knew my transmission oil and tires need done also, so I asked for those things after already in the bay. It caused a few customers to have to change bays for my tires. Isaiah kept me informed about the process. He also showed me how my bright lights function. Apparently it is not run of the mill. Your store also provided a military discount. That will always keep me coming back. Great job to all the staff. I believe Diana was the manager that day, but we had no communication.

I think one of the technicians was new. They forgot to check tire pressure (which was low and I'd specifically requested be checked) and the oil change took much longer than usual. Normally, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but I had a cranky toddler in the car and wouldn't have subjected either of us to the frustration if I'd realized it would take a long time.
