I think the guys name was Larry he Drives a red kia soul. I’m thinking he is the manager which makes this even more tasteless… He was sitting outside of the shop in his car when I pulled up. He looked me directly in my eyes and shook his head because I guess he was ready to be done having customers for the day. He looked as if he were trying to intimidate me. I told the other guys about his behavior and he didnt bother to apologize. He just took off in his vehicle. Shoutout to the other guys for being professional. Todays date is 4/14

Seems like they had a hard time under the vehicle. Must had been trying to remove the oil filter. It makes you uncomfortable when you hear someone under your car having issues that you can hear.them struggling.
