I'm not sure exactly what really happen but I was told there was a glitch in their system when my card was scanned. I know these things do happen and I appreciate the different ones that came to the aide of the young man that was handling my transaction. I could tell he was doing all that he could do as well as the others who tried to assist. The young man called the manager over to assist as he headed to a meeting. He did come over and did pretty much what the others had done and got the same results. So he realize there was apparently another step that should have been taken, so he did that and the transaction went through. I don't know if there was anything else that could have made it better but I appreciate all who assisted in getting me on my way. I just give prompts to all the staffers.
