The gentleman who helped me was polite, professional, and helpful in getting me service right before closing (I did not realize I showed up minutes before closing). He was amazing and chatted with me and was a super star employee.

It took 45 minutes for an oil change with no wait prior. Then I was told to go wait inside during the inspection and tire rotation. 20 minutes later, someone came and asked me where the wheel lock key was. I have had my tire rotated many times and have never been asked that. Either the previous locations knew where to look or had one already. He asked if he could look in the glove compartment because that's where they normally are kept. I said of course he could look anywhere. I kept waiting and waiting, I had somewhere to be soon. At this point it was 1 hr and 10 min I had been there. I walked out to see the guy just standing there. I asked if he found the key and he just shook his head no. I said forget it just do the inspection only. He said it would take him a couple of more minutes to finish. Overall, I was there for almost 90 minutes. When I got home, I found the wheel lock key right in the glove compartment. Either he didn't look, wasn't looking very thoroughly, or just didn't care. Almost $200, 1 hr and a half, and a missing lugnut cover all as a result of this.
