Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The employees main concern was my safety on the road. My dipstick would not go in and after several attempts, still no luck. The team was persistent in finding a solution that worked. As a last resort it seemed bleak as they were telling me I may have to get a tow truck. I protested, which made all the employees scramble to find further solutions. The district manager was called upon and finally made it to my vehicle. He was advising that I take a chance to drive to my mechanic that I could if I felt comfortable enough to do so. I asked in a not so friendly tone would he feel comfortable driving under the circumstances? Or having his wife drive? Unbelievable However the 3 bay drivers was not going to allow it even if I did agree to such nonsense. They all went back to trying to get the dipstick back in and finally one of the employees were successful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember names, but I do know it was too gentlemen and a nice young lady that assisted me that day. And I just want to say thank you, many many thanks for having people on your team who actually care. I would certainly reevaluate your “district manager“ as he seemed less than excited to be there and to come to our aid. The stars go to the staff not to management. And into the poor manager that had quit that day due to mental health, I pray that you have gotten the support and mental health services that is needed.
