My battery died on my truck and I was able to call and make sure they could see me on a Sunday morning and they had the battery I needed. When I got there I was seen right away and talked through some things while they changed out my battery and checked my vehicle out. David and his team are fantastic to see and Iu2019ll be going back for sure.

This one women in particular was very rude directing me in, she was telling me to pull in and I was and then all the sudden she started yelling and telling me to back up. I drive stick so getting in reverse can be tricky sometimes and she was not patient at all and kept yelling and then when i went to drive forward again she acted so bothered to be helping me. Will not return due to staff.

Iu2019ve gone to this location twice, first time they informed me with a picture that my drain plug torx head was messed up and they didnu2019t feel comfortable going any farther without having a replacement drain plug. I ordered a drain plug and went back and they informed me they couldnu2019t get the old one off. Iu2019m not sure if the first time I went to this location they messed up the torx head on the drain plug or if it was messed up at my last service at the Valvoline on DuPont rd in Fort Wayne, Indiana. All I know is now I have to take my car to the dealer to have them extract the plug.
