I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the friendliness of the staff. I received OUTSTANDING customer service from EVERY technician and manager. Despite having a semi-long wait, the technicians/asst. manager were just as DELIGHTFUL and FRIENDLY as if I was their only customer. It wasn't just me -- I observed them being very PROFESSIONAL and WARM to EACH customer. In addition, they listened to each customers needs, were quick, efficient, and thorough. I will DEFINITELY BE BACK here due to the OUTSTANDING SERVICE and FRIENDLINESS I received. Additionally, I WILL also RECOMMEND this location to my friends and family. Yes, they were THAT GOOD! (And I am hard to please...) Extra Kudos to David, the Assistant Manager, and Zach, the Manager! Bravo, guys! And to think.. .I was only going for a state inspection, but decided to get a full synthetic oil change too; now, what else can I have you guys do? I am going to check the website now. Another thing I loved: no one tried to upsell me on things I didn't need (curses to Jiffy Lube!). I will be a REPEAT CUSTOMER from now on.

I was telling him about looking into new tires ( which he checked) abd i was lamenting about the cost I was facing. He took the time to do a bit of research and found a set that would save me more than half of what I was expecting! I dont need the tires right now, but I saved that info for my future purchase! That is GREAT SERVICE and MORE.
