3.0 out of 5.0

The visit was frustrating. I went for an oil change and transmission fluid change. I called the week prior, and I stopped by the day before to determine time and ensure it could be done. The morning of the service, I checked in outside with the manager and explained what needed to be done and was told they needed about an hour so to complete. That the oil change would be done inside the bays and then I would move the car to the parking lot (adjacent to the building) for the transmission fluid change. Once the oil change was started an employee came out and told me the transmission fluid change could not be done. Better training about what services are available, and communication with the customer would have avoided this issue and frustration.
