I would appreciate if they could learn how to change the oil in my 2.4L engine without spillage. This is the second time this has happened. Oil in refilled to fast thus causing spillage. While it was cleaned up it should not have happened.

When did you stop walking out to the car to welcome the client and find out what service the need.I had to ask the tech if he had motion for me to enter the bay. He said if you want an oil change. Did not ask if i wanted any other service or check my filter. I have been there before and knew what to expect. This time I did never it. Ill go back to the location on Rozzelle Ferry Rd at MT Holly Huntersville Rd for my next change. There customer service is consistent.
