No line; was ushered in immediately. It's a nearly new vehicle, i.e. < 1 yr old. Didn't get any run around about additional, unneeded services. They did the oil job, simply and straightforwardly. No muss, no fuss. I came in because I got a coupon sent to me via you guys after a search online, so I wish they had briefed me on the full cost upfront, and admittedly it was pricier than I would have liked, but I wasn't going anywhere at that point. I was committed so it was a minor point.

The customer service representative was polite and knowledgeable. However, the gentleman who performed maintenance topside (Akeem according to my invoice) was very rude. This was my first time coming to Valvoline so I was not familiar with how it worked; when guiding me into the garage I apparently didn’t turn the wheel to his satisfaction and he rolled his eyes and said “oh my God” out of frustration. While I was satisfied with the service received, the customer service was horrible.
