Oil change and tire rotation. When asked how long the wait would be I was told about 15 min. However, it took an hour. It was nice that a discount was provided before I had a chance to complain. Notable issue is that upon starting my road trip I discovered that the tire pressure was not adjusted with rotation and had to address it on my own, in turn slowing my trip and changing plans for the day.
