Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like the place was under new management. Staff was way more professional and ran through all the protocols that I know they are supposed to do. In years past, they wouldn’t even check my wipers, brake lights etc. will be happy to return.

The only real issue i had was i had three small children i. The car and it was about 95 degrees and it was an above average wait time and the kids were very hot. The temp outside is what it is but perhaps we should have been told to wait inside as the baby was getting miserably hot with no real way to cool him

I asked one team member about if they had recorded the car's current mileage since I, sitting in my driver's seat, had not seen them check the odometer, After a couple of attempts to rephrase my question to the team member and them still not understanding, he stated that he has done what he was supposed to do and walked away in a huff. It turned out that one of the team members had obtained and recorded the mileage and I had not seen it done. The rest of the team members were very helpful and everything was done well.
