Misty and Roxy are AMAZING!! These two know what they are doing. Not only did they work as a team to provide efficient and fast service, but Misty answered all of my questions about my pil, how long it will last/why, what sealed batteries are, the importance of replacing air filters, the difference between cabin and air filters, etc. The point is, I asked her all of this to know more about my car and Max life oil choice. She has so much knowledge and was able to explain it to me without pressuring me into buying anything. She simply suggested what her experience has been, and shown her. THAT IS SERVICE. Roxy on her GAME. THIS CHICK. She knows all the commands to keep the show rolling. Not to mention them helping me find a coupon! (Thank you!). I am sure the guys underneath my car were awesome too! They did great! Amazing team work at this shop. They all deserve a raise. Talk about skill. Doesn't compare to any of the other oil change options around. This place is always my first pick.

I feel very confident that the oil service was completed with great care and expertise... I could hear and see that all the checks were being completed by the team and was shown the final level of oil on the dipstick after it was replaced! I feel confident that my 7 hour trip I have to take tomorrow in this vehicle will have a safe trip for a !96,000 mile vehicle.

The technician was sloppy. The technician allowed the metal coupling from the oil extractor to strike the fender thay was not protected numerous times. She also bumped the extractor cart into the fender. Left oil on the passenger fender when done. I checked under the engine cover when I got home because I saw oil dripping from filter canister. She attempted to wipe it down but left a decent amount around the filter housing. Upon further inspection I found the socket for the filter left wedged in the engine compartment at the filter housing. Fortunately it was wedged in and did not come loose and end up causing damage.
