The employees have been extremely rude the past two times that I have been here. I have worked in customer facing positions my entire career and I wanted to give the employees the benefit of the doubt because I know what its like to deal with people all day. I believe his name is Kaleb (the guy with the glasses) was having a bad day last time I was here so I brushed his rudeness off. He changed my oil again and I won't be coming back because of him and the other people that worked tonight. I felt bad for coming 22 minutes before closing but I was extremely friendly. I heard one of employees say something mean about my car being a Toyota and the fact that I bought it from a Honda dealership (maybe because my car wasn't a certified Toyota? But I got such a good deal on the car that it was a no brainer to buy it). I really wanted to like this location as this is close to my house and I've never had a bad experience at Valvoline until I started coming to this one. If you can, I would stay clear of this location and go to the one off Six Forks. The experience is so much better.

Do not visit this place. Staff is poor, rude and lazy. Wanted simple tire rotation like they did 6 months ago. Kid with hoops in his ears said the weight of the vehicle might be too much. If you got it done six months ago that was different managment. He went to the driver door and looked at the sticker then said yep, too heavy. Funny thing is, the weight of the vehicle is not posted on the driver's door... what a poser. Avoid this place for anything.
