From the moment I pulled until I left, I receved exceptional service. Gary greeted me when I pulled up. He asked the services I wanted and let me know they would get it taken care of. Jonathan did a great job as well. He had great communication with the other staff and helped the services get compelted correctly and in a timely manner. I didn't get to see Kaliq helping underneath but could hear the communication between the other staff. They all did a great job. Gary ringed me out and made sure I was happy with the services. The main manager/staff member working on my car was Preston. Preston was very courteous and answered my questions regarding my oil change and state of previous oil as well as the transmission flush. He explained what to look for in the previous transmission fluid and it seemed fine. This was a 100,000+ mile service on my car and all of the staff worked with accuracy and precision, I was in and out quickly as well. I will definitely return!

My vehicle didn’t not pass my first inspection and I did not have all of the proper documentation to complete the process. The gentleman who assisted me through the service was extremely patient with me and gave me some great sound advice to correct my issues. After following his instructions and suggestions I came back for second go at the inspection. This time I had all of the proper documentation and my vehicle passed the inspection. Gary is a tremendous asset to your company and deserves a management role and a salary increase. In todays world great people are hard to come across.
