Jackson was great! Very professional and attentive. Also, very knowledgeable. Got all my car needs done so quickly and with discounts! Got a service on my Lexus with an inspection, oil change, cabin and air filters changed. In and out within 30 minutes. Thank you!

2 hours for an inspection, I told him first thing, it's gonna be for a dealership so don't use the tag number, he did use it and couldn't fix it, I spent 2 hours, left with a paper that I don't need nor can use, and they won't refund my money, saying it's state money and they can refund it.
I paid for it and didn't get the service. A bunch of teenagers running the place, that should give you the full picture.

I have a Traverse as a fleet vehicle I rely on for work. I ONLY use this specific Valvoline for my service. Moses and Logan run a great shop! I greatly appreciate all the hard, quality work.
