What should have been a simple $110 oil change turned into a $1,000 nightmare.
During my oil change, Luis, the store manager, personally damaged my oil filter housing. Instead of taking responsibility, he denied fault and stopped returning my calls. His area manager, Pablo, also refused to take ownership of the damage and completely ignored multiple attempts to contact him.
Not a single person at this location would help or return a phone call. I had to go out of my way, search LinkedIn, and track down another manager just to get in contact with Wesley in the claims department — who was equally unhelpful. He based his decision solely on a few pictures, refused to properly investigate, hung up on me, and denied the claim altogether.
This was pure negligence, plain and simple. No accountability, no professionalism, no customer service. If you value your vehicle, do not come here. What should be routine maintenance can very quickly turn into an expensive repair that they will absolutely refuse to cover.
Save yourself the stress, time, and money — go somewhere else.
