We stopped at a location far from home when our A/C stopped working on a road trip. We trusted (correctly!) that Valvoline would have the replacement part we needed (a new cabin air filter). They came through, helped us get it replaced, and checked everything else while we were there, so that we could get back on our way.

They said they checked my tire pressure and wiper fluid but that was not true my tire pressure was low when I came and still low when I left I had to go to gas station after leavinb to put air in tire that they said they checked and it was 35 but actually it was 24 they didnu2019t even check
