the technician was very well informed about his job in how to properly service my vehicle. he showed me my oil life before changing and advised me of the importance of better caring for my vehicle and also noted something wrong with my radiator coolant. he explained in great detail how my radiator works and stressed the importance of regular flushing. he was correct in his assessment as i quadruple-checked the validity of his statement and each source i validated this information matched similar to the information he gave me. he was great help, provided excellent service. the other technicians who were there didn't service my vehicle, but they were all courteous, professional, and respectful. i felt assured and confident that my technician would do an amazing and accurate job on my vehicle. i will be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family. it was the best customer service i have experienced in a long while so it was refreshing to have this experience for an oil change. All the staff was really friendly and they asked me about certain things that needed to be done. I asked them to rotate the tires and after they used the air wrench another person went along and made sure to check the lug nuts with hand wrench. Only thing I wished that they had done was reset the oil maintenance percentage back to 100% after changed the oil.
