The level of courtesy and professionalism I received today was top notch. I used to run the service department for a luxury brand car dealership and if I was still in the car business I’d be trying to steal Danyale. Finding a place to do an inspection or oil change is easy. Finding people that make you feel like a valued customer is increasingly rare. Great job!

I ended up on the side of the road 5 miles away from the Valvoline on Main St in High Point NC after my 160.00!! OIL CHANGE and inspection! All the lights came on including the engine light, then the car began to shake and loose power!! I had to pull over on a two lane highway. I called my fiance because I was a lone female. Only 5 miles from the store, 25 mins. Later I call back to see where the manager was. Shan, the Asst. Mangr. rudely tells me she's running the floor and doesn't know. I advise her I'm alone on the side of the road, she says "so" and hang up the phone. Horrible attitude. Infinite, the manager arrives finds out it's WAAAYY MUCH OIL. Long horrible story short TWO HOURS LATER we get back to Valoline.I see Asst. Mgr. Shan and ask her if she hung up on me. "Yes, I sure did. I didn't mess up your car. You don't blame me." I told her she was very unprofessional. She went on to say some kinda slang"I build'em up and knock'em down" " I'm the real" very aggressive and hood. The manager had the step in front of her. I was totally out done. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP IN ANY ESTABLISHMENT THAT ALLOWS THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR!! I FELT UNSAFE AND THREATENED
