Normally I’ve had good experiences at this valvoline but unfortunately my experiences in the last week have been less than.
First I paid for an inspection and went to the dmv to stand in line for an hour only to find out that they put a completely random vin number on the state inspection sheet. I get it, mistakes happen but when I went back to get it fixed I was charged the full amount for the inspection again. I asked if I could get a free oil change for the inconvenience and was told I could if I came back Monday. Driving up Monday morning before pulling into the shop to start the service I checked, “This is complimentary right??” And the technician confirmed. About halfway through the service I was told all he could give me was a discount, and I really didn’t have the money right then to pay for the full service. I paid to have the service completed instead of leaving the oil change half done but an extremely disappointed in the the miscommunication that happened multiple times over the last few days. I will not be continuing to take my business here after this. :(

Went to get an inspection done on my car. Guy walked up to my car and I told him I needed an inspection and showed him my registration and he told me I needed to leave. I usually get really good service from this place. Don’t know if he was having a bad day or what but it sure did put a bad taste in my mouth after this interaction.
