The receipt claims that they did a bunch of things like check tire pressures, battery etc. When they did not do anything as I watched them with my own eyes.

First I went to the location on Merritt Dr (GSO). After waiting in line, they discovered that they did not have the oil filter. I was given the option to go and buy the necessary oil filter and return or to visit a Take5. Both options were slightly off-putting. This location was only 10 minutes away. They had what I needed, provided a good customer service experience, and completed my oil change within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!!
