Service was a 10 out of 10 everyone was extremely nice and helpful, but the lobby was FREEZING me and my daughter where waiting in the lobby for not even 5 minutes and we had to go into another store to wait because it was just too cold. So I know that your employees are freezing working there for a full day, please consider more heating poles so your workers can work in a warm environment. Please and thank you

Staff was so sweet and did amazing but it was so cold in the lobby! I know if it was to cold for me to sit in lobby the employeess have to be 10 times colder!!! Please make sure to take care of of this it’s 40 degrees out!!
