Have been a regular customer for several years and brought my vehicle in for inspection. They indicated it failed due to wipers streaking and offered to sell me a new premium pair. I declined and went to another shop nearby for a second opinion (Strickland Brothers) and my vehicle passed inspection. That attendant said there were no issues with the wipers. Not sure what to think of Valvoline’s business practices.

The manager knows how to make the customers feel welcomed, when I pulled into the parking lot she came to the car very politely told me where to park while I waited for my inspection.
