I bring my car for NC Inspection they open the car and they dry my battery and the car wouldn’t start they told me there is the issue in my car. When I’m asking them to figure out they don’t have a clue and push my car outside and forget me I called the mechanic from different shop and he said nothing wrong with the car the only thing they open the car key on and forget for longer minutes the battery drain he start the car using jumpers

I took my wife’s car in for an oil change and an inspection. While the team was working, one of the members found me and informed me that the oil did not need to be changed for about another 3,000 miles or so. Turns out that the oil change info was not reset last time, so my wife kept telling me that she was getting the alert when she’d drive. I was appreciative that the team was so honest and looked out for me. I’ll be back for sure in about 3,000 miles for that oil change for sure!

The only area for improvement is when recommended the type of oil (specifically synthetic or conventional) it would be ideal if the Technician could explicitly state the OEM recommended oil. The technician showed the Conventional, High Mileage, and Synthetic options when I was establishing the service but it would be ideal to be able to reference the OEM requirement. In my case Lexus does not specify Synthetic so the choice becomes more unique to what is the inherent advantage of synthetic vs. conventional in place of OEM requirements.
