Tried to upsell me on an engine oil drain pan plug replacement, telling me they are a "single use" item which is patently untrue, the owners manual and dealers who have serviced the truck prior explicitly say it's not an single use item, but is something you should check for good condition during oil changes instead.
The arrogance and ego on the service manager for refuaing to even look at the owners manual when arguing with me was telling of someone with anger issues and a penchnace for always having to be right instead of accepting the fact he was wrong or that his methodology is one of his own and not a manufacturer recommendation
