I had issues from another quick oil change company so started coming to Valvoline. That repaired the issue I had and even explained to me what was wrong and how it was fixed. I love that all my information is in the computer too! Even if I go to a different location they know everything I need when I had wipers etc replaced. They are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful! It was coming from work at about 9:30am for an oil change on my wife's car. I tried to park in the parking lot and an employee very nicely directed me to the garage where he took my information and started the oil change, I was introduced to the manager and had a fantastic experience. My only complaint would be the price of the oil but the labor cost and the employees will definitely bring me back for my own car
