I have been taking my car to Valvoline for years and I realize I don’t think that they change my oil filter because you can see the dip stick has discolored above the full mark and this last time as always they showed me the level but it’s right after the car had been started and turned off. After I got home and let the oil settle, it is way over the full mark which is why my car which is still in good shape is losing oil between changes because I believe the seals are now leaking because of being overfilled. The only way to over fill if you use the correct amount of oil is to not change the filter!!!!!!!

So the crew was helpful, but unfortunately, plug had been stripped so they could not perform the oil change… The Valvoline in Indian Trail is the only one I go to, so it must’ve happened the last visit I was at the current staff was very helpful and telling me how to get it repaired. Unfortunately I could not get my oil change so now I am reaching out to the customer care in order to get it repaired and get my oil changed, not additional step I wanted to take but at least they had a resolution. Hopefully it works out.
