Was there today, for far far too long. 25-30 minutes in line. Another 45 minutes getting an oil change. They suggested a new cabin filter, I said ok. They went across the street to the Auto parts store and brought back the completely wrong filter. So I said forget the air filter. The tech had suggested a tire rotation as well, which I accepted. They then proceeded to very slowly work their way through a routine oil change, then took my CC and checked me out. I was billed for the oil change and tire rotation, but they didn’t rotate my tires. So I said either give me a credit or rotate the tires, please. So they then proceeded to very slowly rotate the tires. The guys were nice enough, but extremely disorganized, which costs them both return customers as well as general throughput. I truly hope they can sort things out - perhaps just a lot of new folks on staff. I prefer small town shops like this, so I will give them another shot.
