I have used this Valvoline location numerous times in the past. I attempted to get an oil change and inspection on July 12th. We were the second in line and were told it should be about 10-15 minutes. After more than 20 minutes, we noticed that our car was moved to a different bay. When my husbanf asked about it, we were told that our car was moved because the one that was in the other bay was next in line so that car was moved to the bay we were next in line for. The person (may have been the manager) was rude and did not offer any more explanation thatnthat. The car that was in the bay that we were now behnd was waiting for an authorization so there was no telling how much longer it would be for my car. to be broight into the bay We left and really didn't intend to ever return. However, on July 19th, we decided to give it anohter try, assuming the prior attempt was just a bad day. The service was much better, howver I still feel the need to state the initial problem. Also, the oil life was not reset on the car, so now I have to find a wy to do it myself. I may be mistaken, but it was done for me in the past, and I thought this was part of the service, but perhalps it isn't.

I went to valvoline in Charlotte off Randolph road and wanted to get an inspection. They were not able to do it because of my OBD sensor not working. They only used one machine to check it. Then told me that I needed to get it fixed. So I went to autozone to be told my OBD worked fine. The Valvoline in Indian Trail was very kind and able to help me out. I paid twice to get an inspection, but I was able to get one inspection done. Overall, I would recommend them for all their card needs.

had a situation where my hazard warning button was pushed into dash vance starling tried to fix and was unable so contacted mgr at sun valley location he agreed to do it for me. when i got there marquise took dash apart and fixed it beautifully. both were most helpful and friendly. i go to vance's store all the time in indian trail on independence everyone there is very nice, fast, and helpful. i appreciate all they do.
