For 20 years, I've never had a problem with this location, UNTIL the last year, or so. Evidently, they have had a high employee turnover rate which is always a red flag. Last year, I brought my car in for it's regular service in August. The very next day, I noticed a large puddle of oil running down my employer's parking lot from my car. I topped off the crankcase just enough to get it to a mechanic's shop who informed me that my oil filter had suffered a blowout. The crankcase had been overfilled by almost 2 qts. Recently, I had another service, at the same location, after being forgiving of last year's fiasco since they fired the person that caused my problem last year. This time, they left half of my debris pan dangling under the car after I had driven to a restaurant to get a bite to eat. I took it back to them to get the debris pan secured immediately. I knew it came in with zip ties used to hold it in place when I brought it in.
The guy underneath in the oil bay basically didn't know what he was doing and now it looks like a large looping mess with zip ties dangling everywhere, rather than tightened and secured where it needs to be.
In my judgement, that is three strikes in my book, and therefore, I will not be giving them anymore of my business, nor my company's business.
