My car overheated near the shop and I called the store. The manager John was able to help me and even drove to where I was at to put water in my coolant reservoir so I was able to get my car to the shop and have it serviced. John was friendly, respectful and very helpful with my situation. He informed me that my coolant hose was broken and to get distilled water so i could get my car home. 10/10 service.

The guys at the Jacksonville location found more serious issues. Luckily the were able to the the oil change and were able to advise me on a solution to get it fixed.
