If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in for oil change and a state inspection. Immediately they tried to upsale me on windshield wiper blades saying it would fail inspection because of them. Originally new wipers were recommended by them then said it would fail based on inspectors discretion. I had replaced the blades myself a month prior. Same thing with the cabin air filter said it needed replace but had recently been replaced. I told them if they were going to try and rip me to take it off the rack and I’d take my service elsewhere. They said they had already drained the oil which I doubt because it had only been parked for 2 minutes. Ultimately paid for an oil change after I told them I was taking my business elsewhere due to their shady practices. They didn’t even reset the oil maintenance monitor on the dash. Do not use this place unless you want to be ripped off. Took vehicle to another shop and passed vehicle inspection without issue.
