On 11/26/25 I stopped in Kannapolis NC for an oil change. From the moment I pulled up CSR: Justin eased my fear of driving into an open bay as he carefully guided me. He was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything throughout the process. TOPSIDE: Dennis was a breath of fresh air to talk to and was sweet enough to fix a plastic piece hanging from the front of my car. Once he was done it no longer dragged. He then brought over the dip stick so I could see the fresh oil that was just put in. BOTTOMSIDE: Troy not only did an excellent job replacing my filter. He went over and beyond to notify Dennis of my cracked underbody cover. Dennis showed me the picture and gave me clarity to everything. All this to say this type of service is almost non-existent nowadays. Kudos, to this entire team. Everytime I come here I have incredible service. If I had 5 thumbs they'd all be up!! I'm definitely proud to be a Valvoline Instant Oil Change customer!
