I have been coming to this Valvoline location in Kannapolis since 2018, and I can’t say enough good things about the team here. I’ve recommended them to several of my friends who now refuse to go anywhere else, and for good reason. The guys and girls working here are consistently kind, professional, and dedicated. Rain or shine, working in the freezing cold of winter or the blistering heat of summer, they always bring their A-game. They truly take their time with your vehicle, walking you through everything that’s going on and showing you exactly what they see. There is absolutely zero pressure—they genuinely just want to make sure your vehicle is safe and in good working order. The craziest part? They do all of this thorough, top-tier work within 15 minutes. They have been keeping my vehicle running smoothly for years, and I truly appreciate everything they do so we can keep moving forward.
