5.0 out of 5.0

A few weeks ago I had gone to mavis to get my emissions inspection done. They did the inspection which didn’t pass by one item. They told me to go back once it was fixed. I went back today 10/28 and their system is done at all locations. So I wasn’t able to get it re done through them. I ended up going to valvoline, where I typically get my oil change done and I let Robert the manager on duty know my issue. I appreciate great customer service and this was one of the best interactions I’ve had. He handled the situation with no problem and was more than happy to help. And in a timely manor at that since I was on a time crunch! Thank you Robert!
