Valvoline Oil Change was amazing. The staff was really friendly and super quick. They stay very busy, but still manage to get everyone in and out efficiently without making you feel rushed. Definitely the best oil change experience I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure. Huge shout out to James, Chris, Issac, Kyler, and Katy!

Very Satisfied! I had previously had my NC inspection done at a different service, and had to withstand the high pressure of things that they said I needed (but didn't) - filters, wipers, etc. All I wanted was an inspection.
Fast forward to earlier this week. I decided to try Valvoline. I was met by the manager and escorted to the waiting area. Asked if I needed anything. I declined. Then very promptly I was told that the inspection was done - all OK. If this location has had issues in the past, they're surely working to overcome them.
I highly recommend Valvoline on S. Main in Kernersville for inspections, and have no doubt that they will also provide good service as well.
